The residential building is located in the middle of the city area of Bonn (Südstadt). It is centrally located, but still quiet. Both the city center (1.4 km) and the Rhine promenade (500m) are only a few minutes away.
The building offers a completely barrier-free access. In addition, the apartments can be reached via the underground car park belonging to the building.
